Delete your
Cooking Fortune account.

Email paragonaiapp@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Cooking Fortune account. You can make this request without reinstalling the game.

Include your player ID, if you have it, or the Google email address you used to connect the game. We will verify account ownership before deleting anything. Never send us a password, sign-in code, or payment-card details.

What is deleted?

Your server account, Google-account link, sessions, cloud progress, and save history. The deletion is permanent. Routine backup copies expire within 14 days. Any records that must be retained by law are kept only for the applicable legal period, separately from active game accounts.

We normally process verified requests within one month. We will tell you when your request has been completed. Removing the app or resetting your restaurant does not, by itself, delete the server account. Uninstalling the game removes its local data; remove any save files you exported if you also want those copies deleted.
